Award winning restoration and conversion specialist, City & Country Group, yesterday officially launched its latest development, The Manor at Herringswell, the company’s stunning redevelopment of the Grade II listed manor house and the surrounding buildings.
Councillor Stephen Edwards, Chairman of Forest Heath District Council, unveiled a plaque in front of a group of over 100 guests, including senior members of local District Councils and leading figures from the Suffolk property industry.
Councillor Edwards commented: “I am glad that City & Country Group was given the opportunity to develop and renovate The Manor and its surrounding buildings to save it for future generations to enjoy. It is an impressive set of buildings and will be a magnificent place to live.”

The Manor is an impressive Grade II listed manor house located near Newmarket on the fringes of the Suffolk village of Herringswell. City & Country Group is converting the original manor house and its estate outbuildings to create a total of 52 stylish apartments and cottages.
