The Manor is close to Newmarket - the world famous 'home of racing' - and only a 2 minute drive from the Red Lodge junction of the A11, offering quick access to the A14. In the surrounding area, fine restaurants, excellent golf courses and vast areas of glorious countryside are just waiting to be discovered.

To the west is the historic university city of Cambridge, famed as much for its great shops as for its architecture and the idyllic, green serenity of The Backs. Eastwards lies Norwich, another cultural centre offering the best in modern amenities, with world class shopping, theatre and museums. Both have excellent rail links to London. Further east, the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coastline brings you fabulous wildlife and unspoilt shores – a haven for boating and sailing enthusiasts. If you need to go further afield, the M11 south takes you straight to Stansted international airport.
